The Point Break Program is a four week intensive where each week is dedicated to a different GOAL in building a strong foundation based on where our "Point of Breaking" is in feeling more confident, safe, powerful. Guiding you in the right direction to begin the adventure into mindful performance. Mindful performance entails pulling all resources and tools that we learn each week and implementing them into your daily life. It entails committing to becoming your best self, living up to your potential, giving yourself credit for things you accomplish and not concentrating on the things that might not make it off the "to do" list in a certain timeframe.
