3. Price Changes: The retreat organizer reserves the right to change the retreat fee at any time. However, if you have already made a deposit, the price change will not affect your reservation.
4. Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a specified timeframe after the cancellation is confirmed. The refund amount may be subject to deductions for any non-refundable expenses incurred by the retreat organizer.
